Jaguar tonight confirmed it will build the F-type - the final production name for the C-X16 concept car. The new Jag F-type will go on sale in a year's time, in early summer 2013, as a convertible first with an F-type coupe to follow in 2014. Toyota said on Friday that it will build the electric version of the RAV4 at its assembly plant in Woodstock, Ontario, beginning in 2012. The electric crossover will use powertrains supplied by Tesla from California. The companies began transforming gasoline-powered RAV4 SUVs into functional EV prototypes last July.
The Nissan Juke small SUV joins the automaker’s lineup in October with sticker prices starting at $19,710, including a $750 destination charge. The Juke lineup has three trim levels--S, SV and SL.
